By downloading, installing, or using the TolinysTo mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our application.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and TolinysTo regarding your use of our services.

TolinysTo is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using our application, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will use the application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

TolinysTo is a premium productivity and life management application that provides:

• Calendar and scheduling functionality
• Secure memo and note-taking features
• Task management and checklist capabilities
• Personal organization tools

Our service operates on a coin-based system for accessing premium features. We do not offer subscription services.

As a user of TolinysTo, you agree to:

TolinysTo operates on a coin-based payment system:

• Coin Purchases: You can purchase coins through secure in-app transactions processed by Apple
• No Subscriptions: We do not offer recurring subscription services
• Non-Refundable: All coin purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Usage: Coins can be used to access premium features within the application
• No Cash Value: Coins have no monetary value outside of the application

All transactions are processed through Apple's secure payment system and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

TolinysTo and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by intellectual property laws:

• The application, including its design, code, and features, is proprietary
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the application for personal purposes
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our application
• All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property

Your privacy is important to us. Our data practices include:

• We collect only minimal information necessary for app functionality (User ID and coin information)
• Your personal content (memos, calendar entries, tasks) is stored locally on your device
• We do not access, share, or sell your personal information
• All data transmission is encrypted for your security

While we strive to provide continuous service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability:

• The application may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or updates
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

TolinysTo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind:

• No Warranties: We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the application in the 12 months preceding any claim
• Consequential Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data Loss: You are responsible for backing up your data; we are not liable for any data loss

This agreement may be terminated:

• By You: You may stop using the application and delete it from your device at any time
• By Us: We may terminate your access if you violate these Terms
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the application ceases immediately
• Survival: Certain provisions of these Terms will survive termination

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time:
